My approach is intentionally calm, thoughtful, and one-on-one. Rather than high-volume or fast-paced care, I focus on creating a sense of ease and familiarity for your pet.
This means unrushed visits, attention to routine, and caring for your pet as an individual - not just completing a checklist.

Yes. I typically begin with a phone or video consultation to learn more about your pet, routine, and care needs.
Depending on your pet’s situation, an in-person meet-and-greet may be recommended before starting care. This helps ensure Little Zen House is a good fit for both you and your pet and allows me to provide the most thoughtful, comfortable care possible.
The consultation process is designed to feel easy, low-pressure, and centered around your pet’s well-being.
